Foundation

Founded in Prague, Czechia. Initially built custom software used by customers such as banks and Fortune 500 companies.

2016

Product Pivot

Shifted focus to building a proprietary IP portfolio spanning programmatic advertising, digital forensics, and microscopy image analysis.

2016 — Jan 2025

Caroda Exit

One such initiative led to Caroda, a video ad server platform that became a major player in the CEE ad tech market. It was sold to R2B2.

Jul 2025

New Focus

Narrowed focus to R&D of B2B SaaS solutions, specifically redefining field experts' relation to technology.

Oct 2025

Restructuring Complete

Finalized intra-European transfer project and officially operating as a Spanish company.
